If you will be changing or altering the exterior of your home.
Approval from the Architectural Committee ensures that your changes/alterations meet the guidelines of the CC&R's and Rules & Regulations
We ask that you seek approval before starting the project. This will ensure you do not spend any money on something that will not be approved
The Architectural Approval form is the tool used by the Architectural Committee to understand the scope of your project and to approve your project. You must fill out this form first. Scroll down for a version of the form that you can complete.
Do you have pictures of what you want the completed project to look like? Do you have pictures of materials? Drawings or blueprints? Include a copy with your Architectural Approval form
Get a copy of your completed form and any supporting materials to a member of the Architectural Committee. The best method is to scan your form(s) and email them to OurMVGLTA@gmail.com
It should not take very long, but the Architectural Committee member will review your request, bounce it against the CC&Rs and if needed, they will seek a second opinion from another Architectural Committee member.
Hopefully it was approved quickly. If so, you will receive your Architectural Approval form back signed and approved.
If there are questions, the Architectural Committee member will get in touch with you to discuss further.
Go get busy building what was approved. Be sure to communicate any scope creep or changes to the Architectural Committee.
Thank you for following the process!
