Capital Assessment for Pool Renovation Approved
The capital assessment of $1,500.00 has passed with 63 yes votes (12 No and 16 did not vote). The CC&Rs require at least 60 of 90 residents to approve a proposed assessment.
The assessment is due January 1st 2025.
As we are funding a construction project the Board would request full payment if possible. We understand, however, that paying that amount in total can be a burden. If so, residents are permitted to pay an extra $125.00 each month with your dues.
As soon as we have a schedule for the project we will advise.
Rules & Regulations Updated
The Board updated the Rules & Regulations to prohibit rentals less than 30 days. The updated and approved R&R can be found under the Documents section.
Dues Increase 1/1/2024
Reluctantly we are forced to increase the monthly dues for 2024. Effective January 2024, the monthly dues will be $160/month. More details were provided in an email from our President, Bill. A copy of that letter is available in the Documents section. The Board will provide more details at the Holiday party and Annual meeting in April.
Pool Area Reservations
The beautiful weather is almost here and time to enjoy the outdoors. Did you know you can reserve the pool area for a private function? To reserve the pool and pool area for your short-term personal event, email OurMVGLTA@gmail.com with the date and time of the event. You will receive a confirmation email from the Board. All known events will be listed on the pool fence next to the gate and in the Events tab of this website.
The pool area is for all Owners and their guests; however, we ask that all Owners refrain from using the pool and pool area during a reserved time. Events should not last more than four (4) hours and all preparation and cleanup are the responsibility of the Owner reserving the time.

If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.

Amenity Key
Don't have a key to the pool, courts or MVCC gate? A single key works on all Association gates. Use the Feedback page, or email directly to OurMVGLTA@gmail.com to let us know. Email us with how many keys you need, $25 each. Drop a check in the community mailbox, be sure to indicate your lot number and "keys" in the memo field. Once we receive the check, we will deliver the key(s) to you.
